Refund policy

Please Note: Sale products are not eligible for return and exchange

We have a 7 Day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. We charge a nominal handling charge of Rs. 75 to facilitate the logistics of the return and exchange process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically take minimum 3-7 days from the date of the receipt of request from the customer. refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

There are three modes of refund:

  • LIONZY Wallet – If you choose this option, the credit is added to your lionzy wallet immediately and can be used for seamless shopping
  • Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded to the payment mode that was used to place the order.
  • Bank Account – In this case, the money will be refunded to the Bank Account for which we will collect details like Account holder’s name, Account number, Bank Name, Branch Name and IFSC code.

All of the above processes will be initiated once the items are picked by our courier partner and this will take 3-7 business days.

Please note: All of the above gets acted upon receipt of items back in our warehouse in mandated condition.

MISSING PRODUCT

If any products are missing from your package, please contact us immediately at +91-8700710007 or through Email. You can share your queries in the Feedback and Complaints section as well. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

IF THERE IS A DELAY  

We ensure you will receive your products on time or before the estimated delivery date. If the package hasn't been delivered to you by the expected delivery date, kindly raise a ticket in our Support Portal and we will take the necessary action to resolve your problems.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
